Many savings associations still manage their deposits and withdrawals using notebooks or Excel spreadsheets. This process is time-consuming and requires a lot of manual work, which leads to increased administrative effort and potential sources of error. The aim was to develop a solution that digitally maps the entire process, automatically performs calculations and provides a transparent, easy-to-understand overview.

The web application was developed so that it can be used on all devices - whether smartphone, tablet or computer - simply in the internet browser. The application impresses with its simple, intuitive operation, which enables quick familiarization without prior technical knowledge. The software also offers different user roles, such as administrators with editing rights and regular users who can only view information.

The münzmanager was developed in close cooperation with Raiffeisenbank Region Fehring, which provided valuable insights into the entire savings association process. A design prototype was used to visualize the entire process to ensure that all user requirements and needs were met. In close coordination with the bank, this prototype was then integrated into the web application so that the application best reflects the actual workflows of the association's officials.
